This International Women’s Day, we honour the women who inspire, empower and shape our lives every day.
The 2026 theme, Balance the Scales, calls for justice, safety and equal representation for all women and girls. At Cooee Native Superfoods, we proudly celebrate and support women, creating opportunities for growth, visibility and leadership.
As part of this year’s celebration, we’re hosting a special Instagram competition to recognise and reward the women who make a lasting impact in our lives.
To honour the women who inspire us, we’re giving you the chance to celebrate her in a truly unforgettable way.

Terms and Conditions
Open to residents of all Australian states and territories, aged 18 and over.
To enter, participants must follow @cooeenativesuperfoods, like the competition post, tag a friend, and share a short story in the comments (100 words or less) about the most inspiring woman in their life.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Winners will be selected at the owner’s discretion. The competition runs from 5 March to 31 March. The winner will be announced on 8 April and notified via Instagram direct message within seven days.
